EasyWeb enables tour operators and other leisure travel companies using CONTOUR to offer fully customized e-commerce Web sites featuring the full range of leisure travel products (air, car, hotel, packages, tours, etc.), dynamic packaging, published and negotiated pricing, special offers and much more. With EasyWeb, tour operators can deliver the rich functionality of CONTOUR to their customers via the Web from a single content database that is integrated with their back-end reservations and inventory management platform. EasyWeb lets tour operator customers build their own custom itineraries online from a range of products and suppliers, store them in a shopping cart, complete a reservation, and maintain a personal profile with travel preferences and history.

FDS offers three flavors of EasyWeb: consumer (B2C), travel agent (B2B), and "Internal Agent" for a tour operator call center. Each EasyWeb flavor features the same robust functionality of CONTOUR, with added features for B2B and Internal Agent, such as travel agency profile management, commission tracking, and more. Tour operators may customize both the "look and feel" of each website as well as the reservations process flow to meet their precise business requirements. The platform also extends the same scalability of CONTOUR and supports websites of high transaction volume and product complexity.
